Bill is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Member of Shu-Shu-Gah Lodge 24 in Brooklyn, NY. In Scouting he has received the District Award of Merit, the Silver Beaver, and the Scouter’s Key. He has been active in Scouting since his youth, and has served in a variety of capacities, most currently as the Chartered Organization Representative for the Cub Scout Pack 23 and Boy Scout Troop 23 at Our Lady of Angels in Brooklyn. Outside the unit level, he is a Trustee of the Ten Mile River Scout Camp Museum and Co-Chairman of its’ Memorabilia Committee, the New York State Editor for the Blue Book, and the International Scout Collectors Association Vice-President for New York State.
