Modern Eagle Scout Award - Front

This episode, Tim and Ben talk to Terry Grove about the history of the Eagle Scout award, badges, and accompanying items awarded to Eagle Scouts—and his book on the subject. Terry also has a new book coming out this december about the early years of the Order of the Arrow. Terry is truly and expert in the History of The Eagle award and the History of the Order. We’re honored to have him as a guest.

We also talk to our very own Chris Brightwell about The Scout History wiki and how you can get involved in the project.

Also, we want to design a patch on a future ClothTalk. What are some of your secrets that make up a great patch? What works and what doesn’t? Send us your ideas and we’ll team up with one of the great patch makers and get their ideas on the “perfect” patch. Send your ideas to: ClothTalk@ClothTalk.com
