Ed Bryant Scout Reservation came to existence during a capital campaign run by Four Lakes Council #628. The Bryant Foundation donated a large amount to the campaign and received naming rights for Camp Castle Rock. Castle Rock's name was changed to Ed Bryant Scout Reservation in 2003.
Ed Bryant Scout Reservation is operated by Glacier's Edge Council #620. Glacier's Edge Council operates three camps: Camp Indian Trails, Ed Bryant Scout Reservation, and The Woodman Center for Camping and Education.
